Al Nassr suffers 4-0 defeat at the hands of Porto in a pre-season friendly match played on Sunday, July 28th. The absence of Cristiano Ronaldo, who is currently on vacation, was keenly felt as the Saudi Arabian giants were completely outclassed by the Portuguese side.

Despite fielding a strong lineup featuring Sadio Mane, Marcelo Brozovic, and Otavio, Al Nassr struggled to find their rhythm from the start. Porto dominated possession and created numerous scoring opportunities, eventually converting four of them.

Porto delivered a masterclass performance, dismantling Al Nassr with a resounding 4-0 victory in their pre-season clash. The Portuguese giants asserted their dominance from the outset, with Nico Gonzalez breaking the deadlock in the 18th minute.

The Spanish youngster doubled his tally just three minutes later, extending Porto's lead to 2-0. Gonzalez completed his hat-trick in the 31st minute, leaving Al Nassr stunned and demoralized. Borges G added insult to injury with a goal deep into stoppage time, ensuring a humiliating defeat for the Saudi Arabian outfit.

Porto's control of the match was evident in their possession statistics, enjoying 52% of the ball compared to Al Nassr's 48%.

The heavy defeat has sparked criticism and concern among Al Nassr fans, with many questioning the team's ability to compete at a high level without their star player. The result also highlights the significant gap in quality between European and Saudi Arabian football.

Al Nassr will be hoping to regroup and improve their performance in upcoming friendlies as they prepare for the upcoming season. The club will undoubtedly be eager to welcome back Cristiano Ronaldo and integrate him into the team as quickly as possible.
