Merkle is a data-driven Customer Experience Management (CXM) company that drives people-based marketing strategies and helps brands create competitive advantages through hyper-personalized experiences across platforms and devices.

With Merkle's presence, Dentsu launched CXM services into its business offerings together with Creative and Media, to create world-class integrated solutions into three service lines under various agency brands.
