Al.Ma. Catering is a group specialized in the provision of catering services, hotel services and logistics support, dedicated to the naval industry and shipyards in the Oil & Gas and infrastructure sectors. At the dawn of the 20th century, Plinio Guidoni began working as a ship's supplier. In 1946, Giacomo Guidoni, son of Plinio, and Cesare Cavalleroni founded Provvedinavi, through which they provided services to shipowners committed to supporting post-war reconstruction.
