Airbus Tianjin is a major aerospace facility located in the Tianjin Free Trade Zone, China, and is central to Airbus' strategy of expanding its industrial presence in Asia. The site is home to the Airbus A320 Family Final Assembly Line (FAL), which was inaugurated in 2008 as part of a joint venture between Airbus and Chinese partners. This was Airbus' first assembly line outside of Europe and plays a critical role in meeting the high demand for A320 aircraft in the Asia-Pacific region.
