The Company was established on 11 May 2004 as PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara in Jakarta, based on the Deed of Establishment of the Limited Liability Company PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara No. 25, dated 29 September 2003, drawn before Stephanie Maria Lilianti, SH, a Notary in Jakarta. This deed of establishment was ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. C-11614.HT.01.01.TH.2004 dated 11 May 2004, registered on the Company Register No. 1233/BH C9.03/V/2004 dated 27 May 2004, and announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5 dated 17 January 2006, Supplementary State News of the Republic of Indonesia No. 672. On 27 November 2018, the Company went public by listing its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
