GTS do Brasil Ltda, Machinery and Agricultural Implements Industry, was born from the dream of improving productivity in the field. It all started in 1994, with the need to modernize, to change for the better the reality of those who live the day-to-day farming. It was in that year that the Strasser family, a pioneer in planting corn with reduced spacing in Brazil, decided to innovate the Traditional Planting System practiced at the time, unifying the spacing of summer crops that correspond to corn, soybeans and beans. As the big problem at the time was that there was no corn platform in the country, from 70 cm to 50 cm, and excited about the excellent results, they formed the company for producing platforms, seeking partnerships abroad. It was through the union of three families, Garro, Tanzi and Strasser, that GTS do Brasil was born in September 2000. A company that seeks in technology, new solutions for the improvement of Brazilian and world agriculture, always developing new implements to improve productivity in the field. Focused on the most modern in the international market, GTS do Brasil was a pioneer in the development of corn harvesting platforms in aluminum structure in South America. Its unit is located in the city of Lages, in the state of Santa Catarina, a center logistics in the heart of Mercosur, along with other major export industries.
