The UAE Joint Command and Staff College (JCSC) is a leading military institution focused on advancing the art of war and operational planning. Established by Federal Decree Law No. 9 in 1991, JCSC prepares officers for high command and staff roles within the UAE Armed Forces. The college offers courses that combine military theory with practical applications, focusing on leadership, strategy, and military operations. JCSC's curriculum also includes courses in strategic planning, joint operations, and staff functions, designed to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in national security, military doctrine, and operational leadership. In partnership with Abu Dhabi University, the college offers bachelor's degrees in Management and Military Sciences and master's degrees in Human Resource Management.
