Uitgeverij Verloren was founded in 1979 by Thys VerLoren of Themaat. The publisher publishes scientifically sound studies on medieval and national history. If you think your book fits into our fund, you can send us your manuscript digitally, preferably accompanied by a motivation and a CV. We will then read it to form an opinion of the quality and the possible audience. Many of our books have a relatively small reach. This often means that money 'extra' is needed. If necessary, we consult with the author about which funds could be approached for this. If we agree with an author about the publication of the book, the editor, designer and layout designer will work together with the author to jointly create a book that meets everyone's expectations.
