University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC), started in 1940 as a 鈥淭rade College鈥� and later attained the university status in 1984. UTCC is a private nonprofit higher education institution with a focus on academic excellence in business, trade and service industry. It serves as a key resource of knowledge and research on the economy and business for the country. The University is academically organised into 1 5 schools (Business, Accountancy, Economics, Humanities, Science & Technology, Communication Arts, Engineering, Law, Entrepreneurship, Tourism & Services, Early Childhood Education, Digital Arts & Design, Extension School, International School of Management, and Graduate School). The academic programs offered are at Bachelor鈥檚, Master鈥檚 and Doctoral鈥檚 levels including online and international programs. UTCC is Thailand鈥檚 first university to provide off-shore international programs in Myanmar.
