ZMM Bulgaria Holding is a well-known manufacturer of universal and CNC lathes, and related parts and accessories, as well as of electric motors and hydro generators. We draw our expertise from a production history of over 70 years. The holding was established in 2001 to manage and promote the activities of severa production centres. The foundry, IHB Metal Castings, specialises in the production of high quality gray cast iron and castings of nodular cast iron. ZMM Nova Zagora supplies parts (axles and shafts, gear wheels, tooth-belt pulleys, etc.) and entire units to machine builders throughout Europe. ZMM Sliven, the flagship of the holding, is where lathe machines are manufactured. Their catalogue includes universal, oil-country and CNC models that are being shipped to more than 80 countries across the globe. With over 90% of the annual output of the factory being exported, ZMM Bulgaria ranks among the top lathe manufacturers in Europe. IHB Electric, another of the companies in the Holding, is one of the founders of the electric industry in Bulgaria and the largest manufacturer or rotating electric machines in the country. ZMM Bulgaria Holding acts as a subsidiary of Industrial Holding Bulgaria, one of the most significant industrial groups in the country. IHB operates mainly in the maritime transport business, ship building, and repair, port operations, and machine building.
