    This mural was produced in collaboration with the Kuala Kangsar Municipal Council featuring elephant paintings belonging to the Sultan of Perak, the previous Sultan Yusuf named Kulup Chandan. The name of Chandan Hill, Kuala Kangsar is said to have been taken in conjunction with the name of the king's elephant.
