The Palm Jumeirah is an artificial island built by land reclamation by Nakheel, a company owned by the Dubai government. This island is one of three islands called The Palm Islands which will increase Dubai's coastline by 520 km. The Palm Jumeirah is the smallest of the 3 Palm Islands (Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira) currently under development by Nakheel. It is located in the coastal area of ​​Jumeirah beach in the emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
