St. John the Baptist Church is a Roman Catholic Church, part of the Archdiocese of Newark, located in the Journal Square area of Jersey City, NJ. It began in 1892 and was completed in 1897 to service the spiritual needs of area Catholics. Today it serves people of all ethnic backgrounds.
