Crispy Chicken Steak BBQ

Chicken-fried steak, also known as country-fried steak or CFS, is an American breaded cutlet dish consisting of a piece of beefsteak coated with seasoned flour and either deep-fried or pan-fried. It is sometimes associated with the Southern cuisine of the United States
Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of chicken breast fillet
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- enough salt
Coating:
- All-purpose flour
- Cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg beaten well
Sauce Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 6 tbsp instant BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Sufficient salt and sugar
- enough water
How to Cook:Â
1. Mix the chicken with the marinated spices and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
2. Take a piece of chicken, coat it with the coating flour, then dip it into the dyeing ingredients and then put it back in the coating flour and fry it in hot oil until cooked.
3. BBQ Sauce: saute garlic and onions until fragrant, add the sauce ingredients, add water, sugar and salt. Cook until thick.
4. Serve the steak with french fries and mixed vegetables.
