Mie goreng jawa is a Javanese-style of fried noodle originated from Java. This dish can be found in Javanese cuisine and quite popular in Indonesia, especially Java.


Mie goreng jawa or Javanese Fried Noodle Recipe is very popular because of its very distinctive Javanese taste, delicious and delicious with a mixture of Spicy and Sweet soy sauce.


Ingredients:

- 1 pack (2 pieces) of dry egg noodles, boil until cooked then drain and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, mix well

- 5 grains of roasted hazelnut

- 4 cloves garlic

- 2 tablespoons of Bango Sweet Spicy Savory Soy Sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 5 beef meatballs, cut

- 100 gram pancet prawns or peeled giant prawns

- 200 grams of cabbage, cut

- 200 grams of mustard greens / caisim, cut into pieces

- 2 spring onions, cut into 1 cm rounds

- 1 stalk celery, roughly chopped

- 1 pack of beef Royco

- 2 chicken eggs, beaten

- 5 tablespoons of cooking oil


How to Cook:

1. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked properly, then add the meatballs, shrimp, stir-fry until it changes color and then add the eggs. After the eggs are cooked, add the vegetables, Royko, salt, and sugar.

2. Add noodles and soy sauce. Stir until the spices are evenly distributed with the noodles.

3. Your Mie Goreng Jawa is ready to be serve.
