According to Prabowo, significant progress has already been made on the IKN project. Key infrastructure such as roads, airports, and government offices have been constructed.
"Although we are aware that building a capital city is not a short-term task, but a long and challenging one, I believe that within 3, 4, or 5 years, the capital's functions will be operational," he explained.
Prabowo remains optimistic that IKN will attract foreign investors, the goal is to enhance future development.
"I'm not a technical expert, but I'm a practical person with field experience and have been involved in many construction projects. I believe that, looking at it optimistically, we will see the benefits of this relocation, though there is still much work to be done," he concluded.
